Once you have decided to take the journey, we will work together to develop a project description and timetable that best meets your position requirements. Most projects take two to four months.
Steps in a One Journey project:
- Develop a job description and qualifications
- Refer projects to employment agencies
- Select potential candidates and provide a job maintenance workshop
- Interview candidates and choose the successful program participants
- Successful candidates enter a life and work skills training tailored to the industry
- Participants take part in trades training if necessary
- Candidates graduate and are hired by industry partners
